Data permissions in Atlassian’s analytics offering are not the same as the permissions you’ve set in your other Atlassian products.

Currently, you can only scope data at the product instance level. Once you create a connection to the Atlassian Data Lake with Atlassian’s analytics offering, all your product data you’ve included in that connection becomes accessible. For example, if you include a Jira Software instance to a connection, all project and issue data for that instance—including confidential information and restricted projects—becomes available to query or view.

There are no granular permissions over While you can select specific projects to include for each selected product instance, you cannot set permissions at the row-level of the data at this time.
